Betty grew up in Farmington, Minnesota. She began playing basketball at the age of six and she grew up with two older brothers and a neighborhood filled with boys. She would often times be the only girl on the court playing basketball with all of them, and her father always placed his bets on her. She was able to join an organized team in fifth grade and her passion for the game grew stronger from there. She attended Christian Life Academy, and led her team to win consecutive conference and tournament championships in the Eastern Minnesota Athletic Conference. She was elected team captain 9th-12th grade and received multiple all-conference, and special team awards.  She first began training with Chauncee her junior year of high school, and he gave her a whole new outlook on the game of basketball. She is now furthering her basketball career at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Betty has a huge passion for God, people and basketball. She wants to help bring up young leaders who can impact the world for Christ and be excellent in their craft.
